Your reseller account keeps its control panel and its allowance. You can create new cPanel accounts up to the limits of the plan you are on — useful when a client signs with you.

We have stopped selling new reseller plans. Existing resellers are unaffected: your service, pricing, renewals and support continue exactly as they are, and you can still add cPanel accounts within your current plan.

What still works, and what does not.
The two limits are deliberate: no new reseller signups, and no plan upgrades. Everything else stays as it was.
You cannot upgrade the plan
Plan upgrades and additional capacity are no longer available. Your current disk, bandwidth and account limits are fixed for as long as you keep the plan.
Pricing and renewals are unchanged
Your renewal price and billing cycle stay exactly as billed today. No forced migration, no deadline, and no change to how you pay.
Support and migration continue
Existing reseller plans keep ticket support and the migration help you already receive. If you decide to move elsewhere, we will prepare full backups on request.

Can I sign up as a new reseller?
No. Reseller hosting is closed to new orders and we are not accepting new reseller signups. New customers can use shared, WordPress or VPS hosting instead.
Will my existing reseller account be cancelled?
No. Existing reseller accounts keep running with the same pricing, billing cycle and support. There is no deadline and nothing you need to do.
Can I still create new cPanel accounts?
Yes. You can add cPanel accounts up to the limits of your current reseller plan. If a new client pushes you past the plan allowance, that is where the ceiling is — capacity cannot be increased.
Can I upgrade my plan or buy more disk and bandwidth?
No. Plan upgrades and extra capacity are no longer available. Your current limits are fixed for as long as you keep the plan, and the price does not change.
Will my renewal price go up?
No. Renewals continue at your existing price on your existing billing cycle. Any future tax or currency changes are communicated in advance, as with any invoice.
Can I move my accounts to another provider?
Yes, whenever you decide. Open a ticket and we will generate full cPanel backups for each account so your new host can restore them. We will not delete anything while a transfer is in progress.
How do I get support now?
The same way as before — the 24/7 ticket system, answered by engineers. For account security we do not handle support over phone calls.
Existing reseller? Nothing changes for you.
